Growing up in Bathurst, I developed a deep appreciation for the Central West region, enjoying an active lifestyle filled with sports and outdoor exploration. My passion for movement and helping others achieve their goals started early, shaping my career path.
I completed my physiotherapy studies at the University of Sydney. Even during school and university, my work revolved around exercise and supporting people in achieving their fitness and lifestyle aspirations. After graduation, I was fortunate to secure a position at the nearby Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, which provided invaluable clinical experience and a strong foundation for my physiotherapy career.
In 2018, I returned to the Central West and began working in Orange. This move allowed me to collaborate with highly experienced colleagues and build strong connections within the local medical community. Over the past decade, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from elite-level athletes to individuals managing complex medical conditions. Being part of the Physiotherapy teaching team at CSU Orange, and ongoing professional development reflect my commitment to delivering the best possible care.
I am now privileged to provide physiotherapy services across both Orange and Bathurst, helping to support the health and well-being of the wider Central West community.
With a special interest in treating sporting knee and shoulder injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and respiratory physiotherapy, I provide comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to each patient. My approach emphasizes exercise-based therapy, grounded in the belief that keeping people moving is vital for recovery and overall well-being.
Beyond clinical practice, I have enjoyed teaching at Charles Sturt University for several years, mentoring physiotherapy students and new graduates. This experience reflects my commitment to fostering growth within the profession while staying updated with the latest advancements.
