Growing up in the Bathurst community I was able to an enjoy an active lifestyle, playing most sports and exploring the region. University studies were completed at the University of Sydney. Prior to this and throughout University, work always centered around exercise and helping people to achieve their fitness/lifestyle goals which is something still close to my core values today. Following University I was fortunate enough to get a position at the near by Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. In 2018, I moved back to the central west and took up work in Orange. Here I have been fortunate enough to work alongside some extremely experienced colleagues and develop a great working relationship with the wider medical community. With a decade of experience, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from national-level elites, to those individuals managing more complex medical conditions.
With a special interest in treating the sporting knee and shoulders, post-operative management, and respiratory physiotherapy, I ensure comprehensive care for all patients. Focus is particularly on exercise-based therapy and evidence based practice. With the belief that keeping people moving is essential to recovery and overall well-being. In addition to clinical practice, I have been part of the teaching team at Charles Sturt University for some years and thoroughly enjoy mentoring Physiotherapy students and New Graduates.
